We'll be having rolling reboots today on all of our shared servers to implement a kernel security patch. Dedicated server owners will not require a reboot since we can update with Ksplice. Downtime should be minimal as it should just be a few minutes to do a reboot on each server.

Due to an improperly configured MySQL setup and where it stores it's temporary files we had an outage on the ruby server late last night. This has been corrected and should not be an issue in the future. Our monitoring has been updated as well, just in case there are other issues like this that might pop up. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

For those of you on the server ruby , we will be performing a bit of maintenance around 1:30 - 3:00 AM PST. We may have to do a restart or two on a couple services during this window, but any impact to customers on this server should be minimal. Thank you, The Mindraven Team

We are now utilizing Techtell's Monitoring Service for all of our hosting services. TechTell is a 24x7 staffed Network Operation Facility providing state of the art monitoring. We are still monitoring in house as well, however with this new service we'll also get an outside look at all of our servers so we can quickly be alerted for any connectivity issues that might impact our...

We've just finished implementing our Hosting Affiliate Program. This one is a bit different than our UBB Affiliate program as you'll be able to earn a recurring payment if any referred customer buys a hosting product within 90 days of the initial visit.
